IT needs qualification without personal data

Choose the next step for your company's IT

Answer six short questions. We do not ask for contact details, passwords or infrastructure details; the result is a guide to a conversation, not a quote or an audit.

No personal data

  • no field asks for a name, company, email address or telephone number
  • do not enter passwords, server addresses or access details
  • the answers are used only to display guidance in this browser

Three possible routes

  • a conversation about ongoing IT support and subscription responsibility
  • a diagnosis or a project when a change is needed or the current state must be understood first
  • handover to the appropriate specialist route when one domain is the main issue

What happens next

  • the result is not sent automatically
  • only selecting “prepare a brief” transfers a short answer list to the contact form
  • you can read and complete that form before it is sent

What to prepare and what we agree after qualification

The scope finder organises your needs. The next step is agreeing work boundaries and pricing, not automatically ordering a service.

Information for the conversation

Prepare approximate counts of users, locations and systems, how support works today and the problem you want to solve. Describe access and backup status in general terms, without passwords or attachments containing client data.

Scope and costs

We separate ongoing support, environment handover and any project. Before work is commissioned, we agree the cost of any required diagnosis and initial work, and how subscriptions and additional work are charged.

Agreed outcome

The proposal defines supported systems, exclusions, responsibilities, ticket channels and any SLA. For a project, it identifies the outcome, verification and acceptance criteria.

The result is not a price calculator or a response-time commitment. Licences, equipment and third-party costs must be identified separately in the proposal.
Six questions, no personal data

What should happen next?

Choose answers that describe the situation at a high level. Do not enter names, passwords, IP addresses, URLs or access details.

1. Company scale

A broad size range is enough.

2. Main need

Choose the closest starting point.

3. IT areas

Select one or more broad areas.

4. Locations

This helps distinguish local and distributed support.

5. Business impact

Describe the impact, not a technical error.

6. Starting state

What is known about access, documentation and backup?

The result helps structure a conversation; it does not replace diagnosis

Responsibility, availability, pricing and any SLA are agreed after understanding the environment and the company's needs.
